I was impressed with the December 04 edition of "Eye to I" which I looked at - both in terms of design and content- e.g. your "We Say" comment contribution to technical/news issues.

I think this format allows subscribers to scan a number of articles quickly (which they may not do with a lengthy pdf format) and presents articles in useful "bitesize chunks".

Ultimately, this format (and your newsletter in particular) is easy on the eye of the reader, who is not presented with a vast newsletter to wade through!
